If you register for the XiaoOu app or cloud platform, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Device features that depend on network connectivity or cloud services may be affected by outages, maintenance or your local network conditions.

All content on the Services β text, graphics, logos, photos, videos and software β is owned by or licensed to XiaoOu and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission. "XiaoOu Box" and related marks are our trademarks.

If you submit content to us (photos, reviews, community posts), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display and adapt that content for operating and promoting the Services. You represent that you own or have rights to the content you submit.

The Services may link to third-party websites or services (app stores, WhatsApp, map providers). We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Chengdu, Sichuan, China β unless mandatory local law gives you the right to sue in your own jurisdiction.
